I had a really positive experience with my 3rd molar extractions from this surgery center! I was referred from my primary dentist and met for a consultation with Dr. Blazic soon after. Explanation for the procedure was really thorough and now being post-op, my recovery has been SO good having followed their guidance and post-op care advice. For anyone that is getting an extraction with this surgery center, if the Exparel numbing is an option given to you, GET IT! I was on the fence since it was a bit pricey and insurance doesn’t cover it, but the numbing for 3 days at my extraction site was so worth it and it made my recovery feel like a deep cleaning instead of a full tooth being pulled! So, so, SO pleased with the services here!

The Doctors are great. The support staff were SO RUDE on multiple appointments. I have not returned. I needed a tooth pulled and implant placed and they also couldn’t give me an estimated bill until after the tooth is pulled which I found interesting. It’s been over a year and I still haven’t gone back because of the terrible experience I had that made me feel very little and like I was a nuisance with having concerns (to support staff). People don’t like the dentist as people like me with a huge phobia it is very traumatizing.

If you’re afraid of oral surgery, go to Dr. Blazic!! I (Michele) got my wisdom teeth out yesterday after putting it off for years because I was so afraid. After reading all of Dr. Blazic’s 5 star reviews, I decided to go with him. The receptionist is friendly, the nurses were fun and made me more at ease, and Dr. Blazic was very warm and reassured me about all my irrational fears. I feel like he gives people everything they need to get through the surgery and have a complication-free recovery. I have very little pain (more like just discomfort) that is easily managed with Advil Tylenol, and the ice pack he gave me. Trust his expertise and go with Dr. Blazic! Looking back, I can’t see what I was so afraid of 😉

Dental work and doctors tend to make me really anxious but this office was not what I was expecting. Palm Valley is the pinnacle of professionalism. Their office walks you through the entire procedure, costs and many other items that will occur. 2 days after my double-extraction, you'd never know that there had ever even been a procedure. Matthew gave me a courtesy call the night of the procedure, just to check that I was doing ok, which was unexpected. On a scale of 10 I give Palm Valley a "15". That's how well you are treated there.
