The assistants and the front office personnel were also very kind and patient with me and my daughter. They were very understanding, and they went out of their way to help my daughter feel comfortable and safe during her surgery. From the reception to the nurses to Dr Blazic, they did a great job of making me feel comfortable every step of the way. They're very straightforward from the beginning and willing to answer any questions you have to leave no doubt that you're in good hands. Procedure went smooth, I was in and out in what I felt like 5 minutes. Dr. Blazic personally called me later that same evening to see how I was feeling which I greatly appreciated. They did a great job on my tooth extraction. Highly recommend if you need this procedure done.

Rude and Condescending office staff. Unfortunately I cannot speak to the quality of the surgeon’s work, but I will never do business here again based on the horrible experience I received dealing with the front office staff. They were rude and snobby from day 1. I generally don’t mind that, I understand not everyone has good people skills. However, when I had an emergency and couldn’t get to an appointment there were completely unapologetic and condescending about their $150 cancellation fee for not cancelling before 48 hours (I called 24 hours before)! The fact that they have no concern for unexpected emergencies and are uncaring and rude on top of it is a deal breaker for me. I won’t support businesses who treat people this way.

Everything went as I was told it be and both the dentist and assistant completely Indy me what to expect. His assistant informed me what do when I got — put put the pad in the freezer to help stop the bleeding. I put an ice cube and that really help. Again excellent work by both the dentist and his assistant did a wonderful job

I had a great experience! I came in for all four wisdom teeth to be surgically removed. Initially, I was scared because I have a pretty bad fear of needles and blood. However, after going in for a consultation, I felt better after going over the process. The staff was really friendly and kept me well informed of the process and recovery. Everything went really well and I received a check up call from Dr. Hanchett to see how I was doing. I’m very happy my regular dentist referred me Palm Valley Oral Surgery! So far, I’m recovering pretty well! I have another procedure that I need to get done and I’ll gladly come back after the experience I’ve had. Thank you!

Dr. R. Blazic and his staff here are awesome, wholesome people. I have extreme wisdom tooth pain and needed it to be surgically removed. After a ton of online research I found this place and I am so glad I did.
