Dr. Blazic and his procedural staff are just wonderful. Tracy helped me during my first visit and again when I went in for oral surgery. I've had very bad anxiety over the years regarding my oral health but Dr. Blazic and his procedural staff were very empathetic, compassionate, professional and kind. I was not anxious at all. I was really comfortable once in the back for my procedure. He has excellent bedside manner and takes his time to complete the work. I have definitely found my orthodontist in AZ! Looking forward to continuing treatment. I don't have any review for the front office staff, except the two out of three of the ladies are very abrupt and straight to the point, and not very personable. But Hey, we all do have different personalities. Anyway, thanks Dr. Blazic and your team. You guys did an awesome job. I hardly had any major pain from surgery and the swelling mostly subsided on the first day. Highly recommended.

I had a bad tooth. I went to my dentist and he had to refer me to Palm Valley Oral Surgery. I had insurance. Before they do any work they take you in a room and talk financial with you. They wanna make sure they are paid. While I am in the room they get my insurance on the phone with me in the room on speaker phone. My insurance tells the accounting lady that they confirm the insurance and pay this amount for one tooth and this other amount for two teeth. Yes my insurance covers this service with a percentage out of my pocket. My out of pocket was $600. The accounting person talked me into two teeth as I did have another tooth that wasn't giving me problems yet but eventually it would. I pay the out of pocket in cash as I needed my tooth out. They worked everything out with the insurance company and I left it up to them. The surgery went well. The insurance company was paying $1900. Within a month I get a bill for $1900. This was worked out. They would have never seen me if it was NOT worked out. I called them to discuss this as I did what they said and got two teeth pulled at one time which brought the price up considerably. Because I was disputing the charges as their own financial department was in charge of the entire ordeal they sent me to collections. I called to discuss this with them and they told me they can no longer discuss with me. The surgery was fine but they upsell you based on the coverage that they control and work out prior to ever touching you. Do yourself a favor and find someone that is as concerned with your dental as much as they are their pocket books. Horrible Accounting Practices.

I recently got my wisdom teeth extracted on the left side of my mouth. Having gotten the right side previously done at a different provider, I feel confident comparing the 2 experiences and giving a 5 star rating. While my first extraction with another place wasnt bad, it took forever to get in, and I didnt get the little extras that made a huge difference in pain management that Palm Valley provided. Those things included: enough prescription pain meds to get you through the hard times (usually the evening), the super super soft toothbrush they send you home with so you dont have to worry so much about hurting your surgery site with a regular toothbrush, and at the post-op appt they gave me a syringe with a curved tip to flush food nastiness out of the pocket that is left from the extraction. Game changer with that thing. Overall its something no one wants to deal with, but I don't think it could have gone any better. Both surgeons had an excellent bedside manner and I will be recommending Palm Valley Oral Surgery to everyone who's looking. Also wanted to add they got me in as a new patient and scheduled surgery very quickly.

I was scheduled for 3 extraction and was freaking out. The first extraction from another center was beyond traumatic and was not looking forward to this what so ever, especiallywhen I'm diagnosed with anxiety and panic attacks. Luckily I was required for anesthesia even though I'm terrified of needles... but my surgeon Randell and his team were so comforting and understanding with my situation and fears, they helped me get through it with so easily. To anyone who is afraid of dentists and extractions as I am, please trust me and come here. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you Palm Valley team for helping and taking care of me❤

I can’t say enough great things about this place! From arrival the front office staff is very polite, my nurse was Heidi and she was very calming and assured me I was in good hands! Lucky me I got Dr. Hanchett who not only is easy on the eyes but took great care of my mouth! I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and by the time I came to it I hardly remembered a thing. Dr even did personal check in with me afterwards to ensure I was doing okay. If you have the opportunity to come here I wouldn’t miss it! Thank you to the whole staff who plays a role in making sure this place has the 5 stars it does.

I was told by my dentist that I needed an oral surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth due to the way they were growing in. I was so nervous for the surgery, but Dr. Blazic and his staff were AMAZING. I truly mean that! He was very sweet and informative throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure I understood what the problem was and what he was going to have to do to resolve. I had a ton of anxiety about being sedated (As this was my first time) but the surgery went very smoothly and I woke up with no pain at all! Im one day post surgery and have very minimal swelling and am feeling completely fine. I received an unexpected call today from Dr. Blazic calling to check to see how I was feeling. Wasn’t expecting that at all. I can tell he truly cares about his patients and their experience I would 10000% recommend Thank you for everything!

Came in as an emergency appointment around 3:15. Office closes at 4pm! I was scared & didn't know what to expect walking in. Honestly I didn't think they had time to do anything. - front desk lady was extremely friendly - the assistants were all very sweet and made sure I was okay the entire time - it was like a NO JUDGING ZONE VIBE (not all places are this way) - the dentist was AMAZING ! I think he deserves a throhpy for wrestling with my wisdom tooth. Im almost certain he trains on his days off with grizzly bears. - fees were really really reasonable with insurance 5:30pm the dentist removed my impacted wisdom tooth and a broken one.the assistants didn't rush me out , I felt bad that they stayed late. When I asked if they close at 4 the assistant said...we don't stop working because it's 4pm.we stay until we know you're taken care of. ❤ I'll be back for sure no complaintz with this level of service

I just got my remaining (3) wisdom teeth removed, about two hours ago, and it felt way faster and easier than when I got my first one removed at a different location. I have ZERO pain. By far, Palm Valley Oral Surgery has the most friendly staff I’ve encountered, they make you feel so welcome and comfortable, and that’s a big one for me because I have anxiety. So if I could give them 10 stars I would! Rose, is amazing! And Dr. Blazic did his magic and I am so grateful with his work & this experience. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Overall even with covid the process was great and with my Insurance the cost was very fair. The entire staff was generous & kind. The Dr was very well spoken and was even kind enough to call personally the same day as my surgery around 8pm as a curtesy follow up. He answered every kind of annoying question I had with confidence & clarity. The surgery itself was about 30 minutes and 24 hours later I have almost no swelling or pain! Absolutely go here for oral surgery.

I came here to have 2 erupted wisdom teeth removed. Without insurance what I paid I feel was very generous deal. Everyone in this office is so happy and nice and I really enjoyed my time here. The surgery was about 10-20 minutes maybe. No pain afterwards until the numbing agent wore off which I then used the pain meds that were provided.(extra costs w/o insurace). I highly recommend this office to anyone with teeth problems! Thank you Palm Valley you guys are awesome!!!

Exceptional is the only thing I can say about the surgeons and staff at Palm Valley Oral Surgery! They communicated every aspect of my two sons procedures and had them both in and out of the office in no time. Each of my sons had four wisdom teeth removed and they are both doing great. The doctors recommended a medication for my sons to prevent post operative pain and I am glad I took their advice! Its been its been three days since their surgeries and neither one of my boys has had any pain! Thanks Drs. Blazic, Hanchett and Staff!!
