Dr Blazic and his team are, hands down, the best around. He has performed a few surgeries for my daughter (all while she was under the age of 10) who has anxiety, especially around medical procedures. His staff was excellent from the consult appointment, to preparing her (and I) for what to expect throughout (including billing), to the sedation process (Sharon is fantastic!!), all while ensuring her ultimate comfort. He even called to check on her the following day to make sure she was doing well. As I said, his professionalism and service is second to none, as is the quality of his work! I will also share that we saw another oral surgeon for a procedure (because he took our secondary insurance) and the experience was sub-par. The guy was nice but there was nowhere near the level of care and concern that we received at Dr Blazic’s office. From now on, Dr Blazic is the only oral surgeon we will see!

I was referred to Dr Blazic from my regular dentist Dr. Gustis. I had a tooth that had broken awhile back and needed to be removed. Dr Blazic's staff arranged an appointment quickly to handle the extraction. The staff is amazing, all trained professionals that treat you with concern and respect. Dr. Blazic is articulate, professional and truly a caring person. He handled the extraction flawlessly and set up a series of appointments to install an implant. He took the time and has the knowledge to provide top quality care to his patients. I could not be happier with the results. I do not have dental insurance and felt his fees were reasonable. You won't be disappointed !

I knew the medical/dental situation I presented was not going to be an in-and-out procedure. I was referred to Dr. Blazic after a consultation with a group of three ASU dental professors including an oral/maxillofacial surgeon, an orthodontist and a periodontist. From my first contact with Dr. Blazic’s office, I was impressed with the professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the entire staff. Over the next year, I had several opportunities to observe them in person and they always presented that same demeanor to each patient. When you meet with Dr. Blazic, he is laser-focused on your issue. I never felt he was multi-tasking or thinking about something else. He was attentive to my issue, my questions and responded in verbiage I could understand, which allowed my input into some of the decisions related to my treatment plan. The office follow-up after each procedure was prompt and responsive to any questions or concerns. Throughout this process I did not feel as though the primary focus was to maximize fees (although this is a business), but rather there was more interest in successfully resolving my medical/dental issue. In short, I have no hesitancy in referring anyone to Dr. Blazic for consultation and/or treatment. I was fortunate to have his level of competency and skill that led to a successful resolution of my oral surgical/dental issue.

Very, very professional! Nice calm quiet office. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed, and the procedure was so smooth, and quick I didn’t feel any pain during procedure, and the aftercare follow up was just as great. I recommend this place to anybody getting any dental work done.

I had two procedures done with Dr. Blazic over a couple of years and he and his staff were the best. He is friendly, professional and goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable throughout the process. He even has a great sense of humor. Of course none of that would matter if he was not a great oral surgeon--which he is! Also his staff could not have been better, with information and help with everything from appointments that fit, to the ever popular insurance maze--they do a great job. Together the doctor and his staff make an awesome team. If you need this type of work Dr. Blazic is hands down the best choice in my opinion.

Dr. Blazic is amazing! I got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out at once. He was very professional and talked me through what was going to happen. I am was very satisfied as I practically had no pain afterwards; I was a bit sore if anything!
